When you're ready to make that commitment to buy a home, keep these important factors in mind.

When purchasing such a large investment, receiving the best advice on where to buy and the advantages and disadvantages of specific subdivisions. Knowing the territory is a critical step in making a good purchase decision.
Having a good market analysis of the potential home you are buying. In order to make a good offer you have to know what the market value is on that home.
Knowing the buying process. There are specific steps in the home buying process,( pre-qualifying for a mortgage, getting a home inspection, appraisals, etc..). I have done this home process many times over my 35 years of real estate. It’s nice to have someone with experience to guide you through to the closing table.
Finally, if you fill out the form to the right, keep in mind there are wants and needs. Please share with me what is a critical need (4 bedrooms, a finished basement, 2 car garage etc…) and what is a want ( mountain views, backing to open space, having a deck off the master bedroom etc..).
