3rd Revised Home Remodeling

Number 1, Paint or stain your front door: First impressions are lasting impression. Make your front door set the stage for the rest of your home.

Number 2.
Flooring. Get rid of your old dated carpet. Update your home with either new carpet or hardwood flooring. New carpet or some new hard surfaces will make your home feel and smell new.

Number 3.
New paint. Painting your home is probably one of the least expensive improvements with the maximum benefit. Do some research and find out what color schemes are trending (white and grays are in) just remember to stay neutral and accent with color.

Number 4 and 5.
Update your kitchen and bathrooms. Updating kitchen and bathrooms are so important when it comes to updating your home. According to the National association of realtors kitchens and bathrooms have the highest return on investment.
When it comes to kitchens, updating countertops, appliances, new cabinet hardware, maybe painting or re-facing cabinets, all these updates make your home so much more appealing to buyers.
Same thing with bathrooms, updating fixtures, flooring, vanities, and lighting all make sense when comes to selling your home. This is just a partial list of home improvements to help get your home ready for the market. Over the 30 years I have been in real estate I can help steer you in right direction on updating your home. Please feel free to contact me with your home update questions.
Thank you.
